Matt has quite an interesting background, as evidenced by his combination of experience at JTI and his degree from Tiffin University. His work across various business industries, along with his hospitality experience, gives him a unique perspective in his current role. Matt has been with the company for 9 years. Outside of work, his love for the outdoors, swimming, and exploring new restaurants in Cleveland/Akron highlights his adventurous side. It’s great that he balances his professional life with hobbies that keep him active and engaged with the local food scene!

Trevor started at JTI fresh from trade school and worked his way up from trailer tech to service manager, showing his skill, dedication and growth. For example, in his ten years working here he's installed around 300 plows and fixed around 1,000. His extensive expertise in snowplows, electrical systems, and mechanics makes him a valuable asset to the service team. In his spare time Trevor enjoys go-carting, competitive RC car racing and video gaming.

A five-year member of the JTI crew, Korie is the backbone of the team with her work ordering, advising customers, and keeping things organized with both old and new parts. She honed her efficiency and ability to stay on top of everything in her earlier background in manufacturing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, knitting, and playing with her fur babies. She has a great balance of creative hobbies and quality time with the people and pets she loves. 

Dan’s experience in the landscaping industry and as a business owner gives him an edge in understanding what landscapers need in trailers and parts. It must be great for customers in that field to have someone with such firsthand experience! Dan has been with the company for over 5 years.  Dan's a rock drummer, too--JTI's resident music lover if you’re ever looking to test your music knowledge.
