History

John's Trailer Company was the precursor to the present JTI, Inc. The company was founded in 1935 by John Agoston. Initially, the business was located in a 1,600 square foot building on Buckeye Road in Cleveland, Ohio. At this location, John built custom trailers, hitches, and axles for his customers. JTI, Inc. is in its fourth generation of family ownership, and now is located at 7400 Oak Leaf Road in Oakwood Village, Ohio.

JTI, Inc. is an authorized trailer dealership serving the greater Cleveland and Akron markets and also the surrounding areas. We are proud to carry a large selection of new trailers. When you are ready to invest in a new trailer, our friendly and knowledgeable sales, service, and parts departments are prepared to make sure your experience is outstanding, from assisting while you're making your choice to ongoing maintenance and customization. At JTI, Inc., we value the opportunity to create a long-term relationship with our customers, and we do that by giving you the best customer service available.

Our customer base is cities, large and small companies, the homeowner within the greater Cleveland and Akron markets. Ohio's Fortune 500 companies such as Davey Tree, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and American Red Cross rely on us for their trailer needs. Our sales consultants even help find the perfect trailers for the weekend warrior.

Products

JTI, Inc. sells a variety of new and used trailers. The trailers we sell are enclosed, boat, utility, construction, and dump trailers. JTI, Inc. is a franchise dealer and sells the following brands Formula, ITI Cargo, Cross Trailers,  Econoline, CAM Superline, Doolittle and Load Rite are recognized as leading brands in the U.S.A.

In the last 15 years, JTI, Inc. has expanded into snow and ice managment systems. We have partnered with Meyers snowplow blades, salt spreaders, and Kage Innovation Snow Pushers snow managment systems.

Our parts department carries a full spectrum of trailer parts and Meyers snowplow components. The department has over 15,000 different parts in stock for a wide array of different manufacturers.

Services

The service department of JTI, Inc. has trained mechanics who can repair any problem with your trailer. Our fabrication specialist can manufacture new and replacment trailer axles for individual consumers and commerical trailer customers within a high velocity. Additionally, JTI, Inc. offers in-house emergency service to keep you and your team rolling.
