➣ Where are you located?

➣ What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM.
➣ Do you have a waiting room?
Yes. We have a coffee maker, pop machine, wi-fi, TV, books and some toys.
➣ Are there any attractions around that I can go visit while I wait?
Yes, there are lots of restaurants, eateries, and MGM Northfield Park Casino is nearby.
➣ Do you weigh trailers?
We don't. However there is a scale you can use very close by, at Carr Brothers. The address is 7177 Northfield Road, Walton Hills, OH 44146. Here is a link to it on Google Maps.
➣ Can I store my trailer at your location?
No, this is not possible.
Service
➣ What make of trailers do you work on?
We will perform service and repairs on any brand of trailers.
➣ Do you service mobile homes/RVs?
We service mobile home suspensions and axles only, no other parts or systems on mobile homes.
➣Do you do semis?
We work on and carry parts for gooseneck and 5th wheel trailers, but not semi-trailers.
➣Do you service axles?
Yes, we service axles for trailers. We also make custom axles on-site. For more info click here.
➣ Do you do RVs/travel trailers?
We do work on and carry parts for the trailer-related pieces, but not the internals. We service and provide parts for suspension, axles, etc., not plumbing or internal electrical work.
➣ Can I drop my trailer off for service outside business hours?
You need to stop in and speak with us or call ahead. Often we can provide same-day service, but sometimes we’re booked up with service requests days in advance. And if someone drops off a trailer or vehicle and they never spoke with us, we won’t know who it belongs to.
➣ Do you install hitches? What kind of hitches?
Yes we do! We install all kinds of hitches.
➣ How long will my hitch take to install?
Usually a hitch will take around two hours. If you're getting an electric connection installed along with the hitch, the wait time is generally around 3 hours. We can give you more information when you call to make an appointment.
➣ Does JTI offer road-side service/repair?
No, at this time we don't.
➣ Do you deal with trailers that were involved in an accident?
Yes! We would be happy to work with your insurance company.
➣ Do you install/service/repair snowplows?
Yes, but only on the brands we currently carry (Meyer and Kage).
➣ Do I have to leave my vehicle with my trailer if you're doing repair work?
You do not. We just need your trailer.
➣ If I drop off my vehicle, can you take me to work/home?
No, that is not possible.
➣ Can I mount a plow on my vehicle? If so what kind?
We sell Meyer and Kage plows. Meyer can be mounted on trucks, Jeeps, etc. Kage plows have to be mounted on skid steer vehicles. Click here for Meyer's configuration tool (opens in new window). This can tell you whether your vehicle can use a Meyer plow, and what kind of mount your vehicle needs. Meyer does not sell their products directly to consumers, they only sell through dealers, so you will want to return to a dealer's page such as ours. We are the only Meyer dealer located in Cuyahoga County.
Outside of Meyer and Kage we don't have the resources to say whether and what kind of snowplow will work with your vehicle.

➣ Are there any sales/discounts going on right now?
Yes! Meyer snowplows are up to $750 off--see here for details. Additionally Gen-Y is offering a rebate of 12% on their hitches and steps in the Mega Duty, Boss and Phantom-X line, through Halloween 2024.
➣ Do you sell mobile homes/RVs?
No. We sell car hauler, cargo, boat trailers, landscape trailers, enclosed trailers dump trailers and many more.
➣ What do I need to legally use my trailer on the road?
You will need appropriate certification and you may need insurance on the trailer. Click here for the full article.
➣ Do you rent out trailers/plows?
No, we don’t do any rentals.
➣ Do you buy trailers?
Yes, we do! Give us a call. Note that you will need the MCO or title for the unit for us to purchase it.
➣ Do you do in-house financing?
No, we do not. But we do have several lenders ready to assist with financing.
➣ I live in another state and I want to purchase a trailer. Can you bring the trailer to me?
Yes, we can deliver trailers to buyers at the buyer's expense.
➣ What types of trailer do you sell?
Enclosed, utility, boat, construction, dump and deckover trailers, equipment, car dollies, tilt and scissor lift trailers.
➣ I like ____ brand of trailer. Can you order it for me?
No, we cannot special order trailers in that way. We carry a range of brands, but we do not do individual orders with other brands.
➣ Can I put a deposit on a trailer that I want to purchase?
Yes! However if the trailer is not purchased in full in 30 days the deposit will be forfeited.
➣ Do I get a temporary tag if I purchase a trailer?
For a fee, a temporary tag will be given.
➣ Do you sell used boat trailers?
No, we do not.
➣ Can you transfer a boat to a new trailer?
No, we cannot.
Parts
➣ Do you carry parts for semi trailers?
No we don't.
➣ Will you ship parts to me?
If you are local we would prefer to have you come in person to ensure we are getting you the right parts. However if you are willing to pay for shipping we are happy to send you the parts.
➣ Can I bring in my old parts to the business?
Yes! This helps us to get the right parts for you.
➣ Can you deliver parts to me?
No, we do not offer delivery at this time.
➣ Can I purchase a hitch over the counter and install it myself?
Absolutely. We will be happy to sell you a hitch.
➣ Can I send you photos or text messages?
Yes, you can text photos of your trailer parts, etc. to our main phone number, 440-232-4311 or email parts@jtiinc.com.

We do not! We make each axle in-house, with a turnaround time of 1-2 days. For more about our axles click here.
