About JTI
JTI has been family-owned and family-run for four generations. We are a close-knit shop, like a family—we take care of each other. We have a low turnover, with most of our employees already working here for at least four years. One current employee left for various reasons then decided to come back within a year. This is a very social environment, and it’s informal—anything but corporate. We can have fun, but we get it done. If you’re here, you come on time and you fulfill your responsibilities big and small.
We also have a growth mentality. We have been around for 90 years but we have the energy of a startup, focused on expanding.
If you work here, you’re not just trading your time for money. You want to build skills so you can keep building your earning potential. We will support and encourage those efforts and provide direction for that growth.
